AM Ground Systems Quote Request

With some knowledge to the site in question, this form should take about 10-15 minutes to prepare and submit. Depending on the current load of the 'net, the form should arrive in our mailbox anywhere from 5 seconds to forever after you press SUBMIT. If you have not received an acknowledgement or call back from us within 24 hours, your email may be floating around in the ether somewhere or hung up in one of the many overly aggressive spam filters... Lost forever.

PLEASE call our toll free number if you have not received confirmation of receipt within 24 hours.
1-877-766-2999

OR if you would just rather speak to a real live person to discuss your project please call the number above.  This form is purely a tool to help you and I gather information about your project.

PLEASE NOTE:
Submitting this form implies absolutely NO obligation to you.

This form is meant to make both of our jobs easier and save time.  Please be as specific as
possible but if an answer isn't known we can work it out later.  If some aspect of your project defies written word, or would take too long to write out, please fill out what you can, submit the form and call to discuss the rest.  The answers provided on this form will be used to compile a preliminary quote for this project.

First:  To verify that you are indeed a real person and not a spambot...

What is this a picture of?

Enter your answer below and then continue with the meaningful form info.

Spelling doesn't matter.  Nor does exactly what you type.  As long as the default text is changed we will receive the form data.  Spambots search for and file forms with mostly repetitious data.  Some days we receive over 100 spambot submitted forms.

This is a very simplistic approach to form verification.

AGSC will arrive with a minimum of a 1 ton 16ft long x 11ft tall box truck and (depending on project) at least one 4 wheel drive tractor.  We may also have a 20ft long trailer and other equipment.  We typically prepare quotes based on normal site access per established standards.

For this purpose normal access is defined as: Well established hard surface, at least 7ft wide, 12ft overhead clearance, no permits or additional permission necessary, using site property, legal right-of-way or easement.

Normal access as described above

Abnormal access (Please describe below)

Ground System Design

Check all that apply.  Standard Minimum Ground System consists of 120 radials, 1/4 wavelength at lowest frequency.  If the station is already licensed, there is a paragraph on the STATION AUTHORIZATION (License) that describes the tower and ground system.  This ground system description would be most helpful.  If you have a CP for a station, the ground system should be described in form 301.

  Unknown Ground System Design

Standard 120 Radial System

Please design ground system based on included information.  Include info below

The following section is for Directional Arrays ONLY:

  Unknown DA specifics

Will radials be shortened and bonded at intersection points?

OR overlapped?

If adding a tower and ONLY constructing new ground field for it, will it be necessary to locate ends of existing radials and bond them to new system?
